Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions Kenya

By renting equipment from Glowbalink Holdings Co. Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Agreement

• All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A signed rental agreement and payment are required before equipment is dispatched.

Payment Terms

• 100% payment is required upfront for daily/short-term rentals.

• Flexible terms may be discussed for long-term hires (weekly/monthly).

• Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery and pickup services are available at an additional cost, based on the distance from our yard.

• The client is responsible for ensuring site accessibility.

Equipment Use

• Equipment must be operated by qualified personnel only.

• Misuse or operation in unsafe conditions is strictly prohibited.

• Equipment is provided in good working condition. Any damage due to negligence will be billed to the client.

Insurance and Risk

• Basic machine insurance is covered.

• The client assumes responsibility for theft, fire, vandalism, or site-specific risks unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Breakdowns

• In case of breakdown due to normal wear and tear, Glowbalink will repair or replace the equipment at no extra cost.

• Glowbalink is not liable for project delays caused by equipment breakdown unless covered by a signed service-level agreement (SLA).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled dispatch will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to equipment availability.

Liability

• Glowbalink is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment.
